Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the creative content developed specifically for them, such as social media posts and ad copy, as detailed in the Service Agreement.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidential information of the other, including business plans, financial data, and client information.
9. Termination

Modern Social may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Website for any violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
