Thank you for choosing Modern Social for your digital marketing and social media needs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and achieving the goals we outline with our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy.
Non-refundable professional services
All fees paid to Modern Social for professional services, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, strategy consulting, and digital advertising campaigns, are non-refundable.
This is due to the nature of our work, which involves the investment of time, resources, and intellectual property. Once our professional services have been rendered, in whole or in part, the work cannot be returned.
Client responsibility
You agree to assume responsibility for your purchasing decision and to communicate any concerns regarding the project's scope, objectives, or our performance in a timely manner. We are committed to addressing any issues that arise during the project.
Rescheduling and project cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Any payments already made are non-refundable.
In the event of a client-requested cancellation, the non-refundable payments cover the resources, planning, and other expenses incurred by Modern Social up to the point of termination.
Performance and guarantees
Modern Social guarantees the quality of our work based on the scope of services outlined in our service agreement. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a certain number of followers, engagement rates, or sales. Marketing results are subject to numerous variables outside of our direct control.
Exceptions and legal requirements
This policy is intended to be comprehensive and fair. It is subject to, and will be interpreted in accordance with, applicable state and federal laws. In any case where a refund is legally required, we will honor that requirement.

By engaging in services with Modern Social, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before entering into a service agreement.
